Q: What can GroupDialer do for me?
A: GroupDialer have some of the best autodialers on the market, that will allow you to automatically handle outgoing calls, so that you have time to do other things! The GroupDialer can make either outbound calls using phone lists.

Q: How do I record my messages?
A:  You should have a sound card (Sound Blaster compatible) in your computer, you may use a microphone and speaker.

Q: What are the minimum system requirements?
A: 1>Computer with Windows 2000 or  Windows XP

     2>Sound Blaster compatible sound card, Microphone, & Speaker.

     3> Voice Modem.

For ease of installation & the best performance, we recommend Windows 2000. (Windows ME is not compatible.) or Windows XP.

A: The National Do Not Call Registry gives people a choice about whether to receive telemarketing calls at home. That list will be updated every 3 months. Telephone numbers will remain on the list for 5 years.
